Vacation Rental Terms

CLEANING SERVICE: Departure cleaning is included in your rental rate, however daily maid service is not provided as a standard service.

BEACH: Access to the beach is through the Walt Disney Beach house grounds located near the security gate. After crossing the bridge going out just before the gate you will turn right. Almost immediately to the left you will see the Disney sign. Parking of the Inverness residents and guest is on the far left. You can use the restrooms located on the second floor but can not access the beach house itself unless you are a guest of a member. There are several other beach access some without restrooms.

DOORS AND WINDOWS: A wood slat secures the sliding glass door. Please replace it when leaving.

KEYS: A lock box is located next to the door. Use the key inside to get into the Villa then return the key to the lock box as soon as you open the door. There should be 2 keys in a dish on the chest in the foyer. Please be sure to leave them upon departure. There also is a key for the tennis courts above the stove.

OWNER's PERSONAL PROPERTY: Please do not remove any items from the Villa including towels or bedding. Also remember to bring and use your own beach towel. A washer and dryer are on site for your convenience. Please do not remove anything from the outside storage area. The bicycles in the storage shed are not available for use by renters, instead please use one of the many available bike rental services. Rentals for the week are inexpensive, convenient and the bikes are professionally maintained. The closet at the top of the stairs is for the owners use ONLY.

PETS: We are a pet-friendly vacation rental, however advanced notice is required. Any pets must be on a flea and tick program like Revolution.

PEST: The villa is sprayed on a regular schedule to control pests. If you experience an unusual problem you may call us to request auxiliary treatment. You may also request no spraying during your stay if the spray poses any allergic or health problems for you. The phone number and spray schedule are on the cabinet door above the stove.

TELEPHONE: Local calls are free. Long distance calls must be put on a calling card or collect. The number at the villa is 843-686-2227.

TENNIS: The tennis courts are available for your use.

TRASH REMOVAL: Trash removal occurs on Mondays and Thursdays, please make sure to empty all trash recepticals into the barrels in the outside storage area.

Please be advised Palmetto Dunes Resort does not have facilities for overnight or weekly storage for the following:

• Motorcycles
• Campers
• Motors
• Any other recreation vehicle
